Artisan Deco Store on Amazon Overpromise, Underdeliver, Defective merch, defensive, Argumentative, Indifferent Internet
There's a Artisan Deco Store website at http://artisandecostore.com, but I'm not sure it's the same store that sells out of Amazon. The shipment from the Amazone store I bought from appears to have originated from Industry, California.
I ordered this item:

The case seems cheaply made, and I saw the same or similar case that belongs to my co-worker come apart when he dropped it. But it's hard to find accessories for anything other than an iPhone or a Galaxy, so the case I ordered will have to do. It seems almost adequate for the money.
The ripoff is the screen protector that comes bundled with the case. The screen peels off a plain piece of plastic so the sticky side of the protector remains intact until installed on the device's screen. However, there's a sticker on the face of the protector that's attached with permanent glue and leaves remnants of paper when pulled off.
When I complained to Artisan Deco Store and demanded that they overnight me a new protector or a full refund, a staff member who claims to be named Jeff responded in a defensive, argumentative and smug manner, insinuating I'm too much of a moron to follow instructions to a T and install the protector properly.
I have yet to receive a satisfactory screen p[rotector, refund or any remedy whatsoever.
