Its very easy to hide cowardly behind a fake profile Art. Just proves you are a liar as accused. This is no where near over.

With what you described as OBVIOUS problems with this car, did you TEST DRIVE it? Did you have YOUR OWN MECHANIC check it over? When you bought this car, did you get a warranty? If the car DID NOT come with a warranty, then you bought it "AS IS". If you bought this car "AS IS" you would have signed a disclosure statement which states YOU understand there is NO WARRANTY and the seller is NOT going to provide free warranty service when you don't have a warranty! You bought this car from a DEALERSHIP, right? The financing for the purchase was from a FINANCE COMPANY, correct? The lender has zero concern for the condition of the car. All they want is the money YOU SAID you would repay with on time payments. Not making those payments for whatever reason, doesn't hurt the seller in the least. However, by not paying, you just shot yourself in the foot and did ALL THE DAMAGE to you! Smooth move! Apparently you were a SUBPRIME borrower to begin with. I wonder why.
