I have had Arvixe host my website and emails for the past 4 years - and have frequently had problems with them.

However in the last 4 weeks I have had nothng but problems with Arvixe with my website being down more than it is up.

They do not have telephone tech support and their chat support is non existent. They do not call back and they are not proactive at all.

I have sent them emails - about 20 of them - and there is very limited response - only a lame automated response.

I have reached out to their CEO on Linked In - Arvand Sabetian and have sent him direct messags and don't hear back from him.

I noticed today on Ripoff Report that other people are also having problems with them.

I have had lost business as a result of my website being down and am fed up with them

DO NOT USE ARVIXE for your webhosting despite all their adertising on their website.

I want to get my money back from them as I have paid for a year of webhosting with them and have just transferred my accuount to GoDaddy
