I ask this company to cancel my account in June. I talk to a Christoper Lamb who said he would cancel the account. I notice they tried to charge my credit card the next month. I email them and told them the account was cancel. Then I notice they charge my account in Aug 2014. I called them and explain i was being hosted with someone else. I ask them for my refund. They give me the run around better then they could keep my site up and running. Once they get you money they could care less as to what your problem is. They are only in business to Take Your Money. That's it. Not only did they lie to me they stole my money. It's not the fact it was only 80.00. It the fact they don't care. The reason I cancel my account was. It seem like it was down more them it was up. Please Stay away from this company.

We wouldnt take with a grain of salt Arvixe's so called canned responses to everytime they have a problem with people. If you look at the BBB's site all their problems revolve around the same issues. Every 30 seconds a server goes down, people get mad. We've been an existing customer with these idiots for too long. We've gone through more server moves with this company than any other in existance. Their support site will deliberately make you wait and give you attitude problems. 

Expect to get threating emails from the idiot, Chris Worley, everytime you report a problem. Then he goes and boasts his propaganda about their so called satification survey. Arvixe is nothing but a bunch of incompitent idiots.

Our story is simple, been a customer with theirs sine 2013, we have about 15 or so pages of problems with this company. Every single week there's a problem. From servers going down for days at a time, you pay for something, and you have to find out for yourself that they didnt bother to install what you pay for. 

Have shown these idiots print screens of problems, that are point blank infront of their faces, and they will sit there and deny everything. Expect to get your support answered by some Indian 1/2 across the planet that cant understand one word of english. You have to repeat yourself 1000 times before you get a 1/2 a**ed response. 

Their so called promises are nothing but canned responses they always say "oh we're sorry for the inconvence" promise you it wont happen again, BS! 2 days later it happens again. Another outage. 

We're filing complaints with the Calfornia Attorney Generals office, have everything documented and we're in the process of getting far away from this idiots as possible.

For anyone that is considering hosting, do yourself a favor and spare yourself the unbelievable headaches we've gone through, say away from Arvixe.com
