Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I drove from Connecticut to buy a 2008 Corvette. The listed price was $20,000.00. They all act as a team to get you to drive the car. The car was brought to the lot and did not start! After much anticipation the vehicle started and then they brought me for a test ride. The car drove good, however I did not have enough time to realize the computer was not working. Not till I drove home that night did I notice.

I gave them a $10,000.00 deposit and traded in my 2001 Corvette. Figuring my payments would be affordable. The team rushed me through the system of signing many many confusing papers and told me I would be driving home that night in the Corvette.

They took my 2001 Corvette somewhere and did not allow enough time to get my personal items from the car.

After 5 hours of paperwork they told me that they could not detail the new Corvette and created Chaos to complete the sale!

A $20,000.00 car cost me after all was done $27,400.00 !!!!!!  Payments of $501. 00 per month !!! Did not give me a breakdown of charges and showed no money for my trade in Corvette!

I have contacted the salesman and the manager Miro and Eamen and they have not responded.

There are many many complaints about this ripp-off company. They have fraudently added positive Google reviews. I know I checked them out.

Please add you complaints here as well. We need to stop this company before they hurt anyone else.

I had a very bad experience at Asal motors and the sales persons were very disrespectful. Looking at the rating of the dealership was fairly high for the level of service they give. So i decided to do some research. Every single user who gave a 5/5 stars for this dealer is a spam account. If you go to their accounts you can see they all they do is review various dealers across the north east and give the 5 stars.

These guys are a scam!!!!!!!

ASAL MOTORS NJ "RIP-OFF SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT GO THERE! HIDDEN CHARGES!"

Here ya go COAST!!!!!! YOU ARE LIAR and I know you are working for ASAS motors!!!  Here is the same scam reported by another ASAL MOTORS Consumer

"RIPP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT GO THERE! HIDDEN CHARGES!"

1. Not advertising the $995 delivery & transportation fee, $395 documentation fee, $375 tag fee

2. Continued to financing process for vehicle purchase, with the following experience:

Vehicle internet price: $14,999

Fees: $995+395+375 = $1,675

Finance rep. claimed the total price of the car including ALL fees, out of the door would be $20,999.

The terms of the finance were: 60 months, 10% APR, $440/month with $2,500 down payment.

Breakdown of terms:

$440/month for 60 months = $26,400

Down payment = $2,500

Total cost of car: $28,900

The business stated the total would be just under $21,000; however, it ended up being as high as $28,900 which is almost $8,000 higher than they claimed

This is on Rippoff report and more coming!!!

"RIPP OFF SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT GO THERE! HIDDEN CHARGES!" – Charlie

THEY GOT ME TOO  ... $20,000 car cost me $27,000.00 after hidden charges! They added on $3000.00 for the dealership fees, $4000.00 processing fees and never included my trade in on my 2001 Corvette. I still do not have the details from the paperwork! When you are at a dealership and the salesman gives you a bunch of reasons why they can't let you drive a vehicle until you sign the application!!!!! Then they got you!!!

I did some research and found out that 90% of their reviews are forged, fake flatulent made up reviews. Including google!  They are a SCAM

I will; be reporting to the Attorney General In New Jersey!

“Hey Coast!  How much did they pay you for this rebuttal!”

Zero dollars.

“You are scanners”

A scanner is an optical device. I am humanoid.

“I will not stop telling my story till the Attorney general Shuts Them Down!”

Buyer’s remorse is a customer condition, not a seller violation.

“I have researched and found that 90% of their reviews are FAKE”

What are the resources of that research?

“80% of your customers have BUYERS REMORSE”

What are the resources of that statistic?

You just couldn't stand what Coast said, right? Coast hit the nails directly and very squarely on the heads, isn't that right? Coast took the wind out of your sails, correct? You have absolutely no intelligent rebuttal, do you?

Yes sir, we've all seen it here over and over and over! When the complainer cannot put together any kind of a point-by-point rebuttal, instead of accepting the responder is dead-on right, it's the sorry, stupid, immature "you must work for them" or its various innuendos! It's really quite hilarious!

Oh by the way, now's the time to write back and say I must work for them too!

“Knowing that I had $10,000 to put down was what I thought would bring my monthly payments down. Also trading in my 2001 Corvette would help with the monthly payments.”

That is a reasonable assumption but your signature on the sales agreement indicates you agreed to the terms but now you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse. It’s unclear how you expect an attorney to get that rescinded.

“However never realized your companies plans were to hide the fact that I received no money for my trade in!”

Since you admit you didn’t read or receive the financial documentation then you don’t know how much you agreed to accept for the trade-in.

“A $20,000.00 Sale, a $10,000 deposit, a 2001 trade in on a corvette, and a 764 credit score. $497.00 per month. DO THE MATH!”

Can’t do the math without knowing the amount financed, the interest rate and the term of the loan.

You have bought many cars, motorcycles and boats but chose not to read the financial agreement or apply your experience to negotiating the cost or trade-in value for the purchase. Happy motoring!

Asal Motors | What Happened to: TRUST…. HONESTY ….FAIRNESS…Transparency? Asal Motors Scam Review

‘Not enough time’ is a bogus excuse for your numerous errors:

• Failure to negotiate a cost lower than the advertised price

• Failure to thoroughly check out the vehicle prior to sale

• Failure to read the sales and financial agreement prior to signing it

Your dissatisfaction with the transaction appears to be a case of buyer’s remorse.

Bogus????????  Errors????????????

I am a 70-year-old retired man with 4 children. I have bought many cars, motorcycles, Boats throughout my 70 years. I drove to New Jersey simply because I liked the Car that you advertised on Auto Trader and not because I needed a low credit score loan! However, I have NEVER been the victim of a scam, nor fraud! You, my friends, are the first! Shame on me! Yes, you got me. And my mission is to be sure that you don’t get any more. You have hundreds if not thousands of complaints and negative ratings on the internet and beyond.

https://www.yelp.com/biz/asal-motors-east-rutherford-11?start=20

• Failure to negotiate a cost lower than the advertised price

I did not need to ask for a lower price. I saw the car and liked the car. To me it was worth the $20,000. It seemed like a fair deal. Knowing that I had $10,000 to put down was what I thought would bring my monthly payments down. Also trading in my 2001 Corvette would help with the monthly payments.

However never realized your companies plans were to hide the fact that I received no money for my trade in!!!!! And you added a $3,500.00 dealer charge hidden somewhere in the paper work. (Over 30 pages) And still never gave me the financial paperwork.(To this day)

When I called your company and asked if I could come and pick up my Corvette ( trade In) you said you already sold it. I also asked for a detailed breakdown of the charges, and that WAS NEVER EMAILED!!! As promised.!!! What are you people hiding????

• Failure to retrieve your personal items out of your trade-in vehicle

Your men took away my car as I was getting ready to leave (after being there for 9 hours) and was not able to finish gathering personal items from my car. They claimed it went to the other lot.

And all that time not realizing that I was b not compensated for my car! A 2001 Corvette convertible!!!!!!!!!!

The salesman ( Aman) who tried so hard to con me was already working with another customer and left me wondering what was going on. Then came to me and said “ sorry it was too late to check and detail the car”.

• Failure to read the sales and financial agreement prior to signing it

Yes true, however Failure to be transparent …..

What Happened to: TRUST…. HONESTY ….FAIRNESS…Transparency ???

Your answers to this complaint .(BOGUS) Prove you and your company do not know what these words mean.

While I was signing more than 30 pages of paperwork, I failed to see any financial numbers that would have told me that they added on numerous charges. As the salesman told me to hurry because we needed to go to my Bank to get his $10,000 check before it closed.

I did go into the office to speak with Miro and claimed that I would have the numbers and breakdown in an envelope before I returned to Connecticut with the new car. However when I returned home 3 hours later the only paperwork in the envelope was the monthly payment! $497.00 per month!!!!!!

A $20,000.00 Sale, a $10,000 deposit, a 2001 trade in on a corvette, and a 764 credit score. $497.00 per month. DO THE MATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ripppppppppppppp Offfffffffffffff

Your dissatisfaction with the transaction appears to be a case of buyer’s remorse.

Buyers Remorse??????????????  That’s a joke right.????80% of your customers have BUYERS REMORSE

I have tried to contact Miro and associates from Asal Motors and have no response nor return calls.

I will be contacting my Attorney about them returning my 2001 Corvette.

I will also be contacting Auto Trader, Google, Facebook, TrueCar, and BBB in New Jersey

Thanks you,

Charlie
