ASC America's Servicing Co. True Theives-Foreclosing after Payment Des Moines Iowa
ASC is the most unethical com panty that I have ever dealt with. They are attempting to foreclose on a loan that I have paid up in full and then some!
I had become ill and missed a payment, when I attempted to pay they said I could not pay over the phone. Like many of the others that have posted on here I would call and be hung up on a daily basis. I sent in checks for two months and they were never cashed nor returned.
I have continually been harassed by their call center asking for payment when I advise them it's been sent they simply say we have no record.
They had begun foreclosure proceedings 2 months ago and I contacted them for the re-instatement amount. They gave it to me and I promptly issued them (ASC) a cashiers check for the TOTAL balance due on the account. 17 days later I received a call that stated they were sending the check back because it had to be handled by their atty. This was 5/1/07. As of today 5/23/07 I have no check, and, I received a summons that my foreclosure will be finalized on the 18th of June.
I need help and NOW, please anyone!!!. These predatory b****s are trying to take my house and I can't stop it. Anyone that can get away from them (ASC) needs to do it NOW!!!
