Complaint Review: Ascio Soft - Nationwide

I heard of Ascio Soft aka Ascio Tech on Monster.com. They posted 2 job ads (one in May and also in April) seeking PayPal Processors. It seemed fishy, so I came on Ripoffreport.com to see if any others had reported the company for fraud. No matches returned. I also did a good thorough search on various internet search engines to find out about them, no negative results returned. And being that the job was posted on Monster.com, I thought it was legit because I very rarely saw fraudulent jobs posted on this well known site.

They have a site set up at www.asciotech.com.

Tim Schumaker is the so called representative that is the contact person on Careerbuilder and Monster.com. When you email him he will send you a letter that gives you a breakdown of how you earn money:

Here is a general overview:

You will need to open online account with any online payment gateway (paypal, stormpay). Most of our contractors using paypal (www.paypal.com), because it is free and takes about 3-4 business days to open and verify it.

Once you open account (paypal for example) and provide us with the account email address, we will start sending you the orders from our customers (this is an automated system, our customers pay with PayPal and download the product they selected).

At this time, I have processed 5 orders for them and Paypal has contacted me that these cards were fraudalent. At this time I am trying to compile all my Western Union wires and send things in to Paypal, but regardless of that, Paypal insists I am responsible for over 800 that I sent to the company and I will be prosecuted.
