Ashe Federal Bank - Marsha Greene VP Ripoff Signed Deed of Trust Morgaging my paid for Mobile Home on August 27, 2004 Jefferson North Carolina
On August 27, 2004 this bank entered into a Deed O Trust with James H Heafner, President of Christmas Mountain Development, William H Heafner and Wendy Ward Heafner on a piece of property where I had lived for 31 years formerly belonging to their deceased father, L Hal Heafner, which they had inherited before placing their elderly mother in a Charlotte nursing home. This was unknown to me until I was informed by James H heafner that I had 30 days to vacate the property where my paid for mobile home had sat for almost 25 years with a Registed valid lease drawn up by none other than William H Heafner, attorney,Asheboro NC. which was later claimed by James Heafner to be nothing more than a "vehicle" to obtain a Government FMHA loan for the improvement of his father's property.This was supposedly because Ashe Federal Bank gave them 30 days to have me off the land, lock stock and barrel.
Unknown to me until I did some research, by the time James H Heafner proceeded to try to evict me from my own paid for home, they had already morgaged it to Ashe Federal Bank since this Deed of Trust included every building either currently on the property now or in the future. For 25 years I had had the only buildings on this property,my mobile home, atttachments, a root cellar,and a storage building.complete with a REGISTERED valid lease giving me every right to live on thast property until 2017. Everything I owned had been MORGAGED to a BANK I had never had any dealings with, and Ashe Federal Bank went along with the fraud and the laterthe dragging me into the Ashe County Courtroom where William H Heafner committed perjury, regarding my registered lease, and both James and William H Heafner told lies for futher eviction proceedings which went on for more than a year and half before it finally resulted in the destruction of my homne and most of my belongings on February 15, 2006 When James H Heafner had a trackhow put through the front of my home. My belongings were later looted by people I thought were my neighbors. All my pets were picked up by Ashe County Animal Control and several of them died while in the custody of that organization from NEGLIGENCE.
