Get a copy of the front and back of the cashed money order. Then go to the USPS website and fill out the mail fraud complaint form. After you will in the form, print it, attach a copy of both sides of the cashed money order and mail it to the Postal Inspector at the 29401 zip code in Charleston, SC. After that, write a letter to the Charleston County Sheriff's Department outlining what happened and attach a copy of both front and back of the money order she cashed. Provide all of the information you have including copies of all emails, etc. I have provided another victim with some additional information about this criminal. Do a search on this site for Yurman and read the other person's report. Good luck! I already have contacted the police in her area, and they said they already knew about her and are working on it. I appreciate the idea and I am always open to any other suggestions.

My suggestion is a fairly simple one! If you know so much information about this woman such as screen names, real name, and address why haven't you contacted the authorities in her state?! I mean... so many people are stating to be victims of this thief. Why won't you all contact eachother and collect all of the evidence proving the frauds? To do so would be better than to just contact "ebay" and "paypal". Just in case you didn't know, ebay and paypal have a couple of ripoffreports filed against them! Do your searching before relying on any kind of service/s.

Her current ID through Ebay is moternbrix. BY NO MEANS should anyone bid on her items-she is still listing David Yurman jewelry. If you want to lose your money, go ahead, because that is what will happen. She has scammed many ebayers with the ID's Noddyshere, Sundayssong, getmyaircar, and the most recent, morternbrix. Trust me and others before me, she is a scam artist and will keep doing this until Ebay listens to us and shuts her down (or she is shut down by other means). She simply starts up a new ID name through Ebay whenever someone becomes wise to her. If anyone has any information on this, please post it on this website. Many of us would sleep better at night knowing she can no longer use and abuse people through a trusted marketplace (Ebay).

I have had a similar experience with Angela Doyle. She is currently using the following ids on ebay...getmyaircar, noddyshere and sundayssong. She is still selling David Yurman jewerly and is only accepting cashier's checks and payments by Western Union which is strictly prohibited on ebay. I have reported her several times and it looks like ebay has suspended two of her account. Do not buy anything from this woman. Her address is 172 Wentworth Drive Charleston South Carolina.

If you cannot find an auction that you had been bidding on or watching, it's because Ebay figured out it was a scam and pulled it. When this happens, you can't view the auction no matter how hard you try. They do this to protect you. Since you went outside of Ebay, you have no recourse with this woman. However, since you sent her a money order, you can get a copy of that money order, where she signed it, her identification, etc, and turn her in for mail fraud and internet fraud. Since you have the auction ID, Ebay will make this auction available for viewing in a lawsuit or a crime investigation.
