ASK Powersports has resolved my Consumer Complaint I filed via the Ohio Attorney General's Office. After discussing the issues with the maintenance done on my motorcycle with the Service Manager, ASK Powersports refunded the majority of the bill I was charged for the 20K mile service. I was assured this was an isolated incident in what had happened to me. In response I've informed the Ohio Attorney General's Office that I have reached an acceptable resolution of my complaint with ASK Powersports and that no further action need be taken by them. I've also let Kawasaki Corporate know that my letter to them about the treatment I received from ASK Powersports has also been satisfactorily resolved.
