I noticed charge on my card also for 14.95 and could not remember what it was for. I found this site first then I remembered and checked. I recently bought xoftspy SE for U3 portable directly from net that was what my charge was for . It was a legit charge Mine was a legit charge as for everyone else I can not be sure but mine was legit. If i get bogus charges in future I will be sure to report them to Ripoff. Thank you
