In may of 2015 I received a 7 day possession of property letter. I went to court on this issue and showed the judge that I payed my rent by showing my receipts. The case was did messed on July 9,2015. I stayed to the judge and asm that I would be moving out once this case was over, and I did on the 10th.i am still at the residence I moved into from that house.
I now am looking to move again and I have been denied at least 15 times and at first I didn't know why. Finally one of the apartments I applied at told me that Asm is stating they forcibly removed me and my baby from this home 2 times, once in may 2015 and in February 2016. Which is a lie because I am in the same house I've been in since 7, 2015.
How can u evict someone from the same house twice.? Anyway I tried to write them by certified mail and ask them to remove these negative items, but all correspondences have been returned to me by the post office as them being out of business and they have no forwarding address. Ultimately I moved not because of the court proceedings but because they refused to fix anything in that house.
Major repairs such as space heaters being on for over a year with no way to turn them off, flooding in the absent, mold, and mice and insects breeding like crazy.. Very unfit for my child or anyone for that matter. Now I can't move anywhere because they tried to scam me out of money and I was not living there.
