ASMALLWORLD ASW, Asmallworld.net Charged member fees without notification. I do not use the website International, Zurich Internet
Asmallworld.com charged recurring fees for membership without notification. I dont use teh site for over 6 months and did not plan to renew membership. When contacted support via email, I was told it was their policy to charge recurring fees. I asked for a refund and was refused.
I was not happy with their service, thus teh reason I stopped using
asmallworld.net and I am not satisfied with the customer service I receieved when I contacted them.
The reason for report is to notify other members and wanna-be members about unfair practices.
