Just wanted to give a further update: I finally talked w/ one of the supervisor's that was "supposed to call me back in ten minutes". Three days later, and I finally got her! Her name is: Geneva Williams @ 1-888-790-9926. Her supervisors name is: Mrs. Clarke @ 1-888-790-9926 xt7722. Also, a seperate contact in the Kansas City call center: Deborah Birch @ 1-888-675-5788. When speaking w/ Geneva Williams, she specifically refused to be recorded, refused to give any kind of written confirmation re: the "wonderful re-open" program, and contradicted herself TWICE in our telephone call today. When speaking w/ ANYONE in this company, try to get a recorded statement, or written confirmation, ESPECIALLY if you are offered the re-open program (or the re-age program). When I was advised of this program AGAIN (I was previously told that no such program existed, after supposedly being on it for three months) I requested written confirmation of the program and details, which was refused. If you can believe it, Geneva Williams said, quote "You'll just have to trust me. I'm not lying, this is the truth..." HAH!!! NEVER TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS! I am pursuing other means at this time to consolidate this debt, and make it go away. I will NEVER deal w/ this company ever again, and I suggest you do the same.
