Aspire.com They send you credit card offers,decline you,and then turn you into credit bureau as "inuiry" .,When they are the ones who sent you the offer in the 1st place and then lower my credit score as a result. Atlanta Ga
They offer you a credit card with a code and acceptance form.They then decline you,Report it on your credit file with all 3 bureaus,as an "inquiriy",When they are the ones that initiated contact with me in the 1st place.This is wrong,Stay clear of this outfit.

YOU failed to qualify for the credit card because of YOUR credit reputation. That’s YOUR FAULT and not theirs. That’s what’s wrong with this report.
