Paul Mulvay is the operator behind the company which lists his wife Catherine Barbara Jones as being the sole director. The residential address of 18 Vlamingh Pd, Mosman Park has been sold. Having cashed up Mr Mulvay may be looking to rogue activity nationally. The modus operandi is to quote on ducted air conditioning for your property then insist on a substantial deposit. It's the last you'll see of it and him. He took our client for $15,299 and has vanished from Perth.
