Assistive Technology Services ATS Don't let the 'Christian' cross fool you Cookeville Tennessee
ATS does not warrant their products and they do not function as advertised
I would never buy from this company again. I bought a Fall Protection Device for my 90 year old mother to wear in the shower.
In less than 3 months the corner of it broke out. When I called, they immediately asked if the "break is next to the screw on the back" I said yes, exactly!
They took my info, said they'd get back, but never did. When I emailed them to remind them we were waiting and my mom is 90 and with the corner broken out, she can't wear it in the shower, which is why we bought it in the first place.
They called to say they were so sorry, but they can't help. They won't fix it or replace it.
I wasted $300 - don't believe the Christian symbols on their website. They do NOT warranty their products.
And, the battery only lasts 10 hours, not the 3 or 4 days they told me it would last. The idea of the product is a good one. But, this company misrepresents the product and they are very disappointing to deal with
Do not buy from this company.
