Made a water damage claim in Dec.2012.They sent a check to us and lend holder .They cancelled that check then sent one in our name.Took to bank and deposited .They held for 4 days then went.to working on mobile home.Received a third check so I called to see what was going on.They had cancelled my check I had been buying stuff with. Lady told me to get the other check to bank.I did but could not deposit cause lend holder on it.Now my account is -1400. dollars with no way to take care of.Lend holder won't release us a check till work is complete.My hands are tied cause I can't cover overdrafts.

When adjuster came out he went under trailer and said we had a lot of damage ..he cut a hole in our black bottom and said it was messed up anyway.Assurant don't want to fix what their adjuster done.Filed a complaint with insurance commissioner today.Suppose to go to lawyer said had a bad faith claim against them..

People are better off not having any insurance if this is all there is..

Eric got the checks in the.mail he has promised and they cleared the bank now if I can get Green Tree to release.the rest of the money I will be done with this ..Thanks Eric for all you have done ..You went well out of your way to help and I appreciate it

We talked on phone but untilchecks are sent and cleared its not settled completely .will see tomorrow if I can get things together but I need to know the amount gonna be allowed on on underneath my home before I settl
