Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased a vehicle from the dealership that was supposed to be a good used car. A few months after purchase we discovered a water leak in the body of the vehicle. The vehicle was still under warranty and therefor the repair should have been covered by the warranty.

When I delived the car to the body shop for the repairs, it was discovered that there was prior damage to the vehicle that had been repaired, and was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase or I never would have purchased this vehicle. Once the evidence of this was pointed out to me it is very easy to see. The shop had been told by the then service manager that if there was any existing body damage ford would not cover the repair. I immediately called the dealer to find out what was going on.

The first story I was told was that no knew anything about the vehicle being damaged. We were told that we would have to contact the previous owner to find out that information. The previous own happens to be one of the dealership's management staff, my husband did call him and stated the he did know the car had been damaged.

The story that I am now being told is that the vehicle was damaged in transport by either a dealership or the manufacturer. I haven't been able to figure out which. The damage is extensive and the certificate was in the glove box stating that when the previous owner purchased it, it had been Thur ford's inspection process and passed as a certified car. This tells me the damage occured after it left the dealership he purchased it from. I have tried to take care of the matter with the dealership and had given them 2 weeks to make it right.

They would not call me, we had to make all the phone calls to find out any information on what was taking so long. We were told more than once that everything was done and they were waiting on approval. The first time we were told that everything had been submitted on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and that since it's a holiday they may not hear anything back until the following Tuesday. My husband called on Tuesday and was told they submitted everything that morning.

I do not like to be lied to, a car is a very big financial investment and I do not have the money to just go buy a new one because the one that I was sold wasn't what they said it was.

I am an employee of this dealership and I can assure you that this company is here to jew you out of every dollar you have. We sign people with no financing secured, take post dated checks, lie to lenders to get approval and the best one is my personal favorite, lying on credit apps..

Its good stuff because yall are stupid in the first place to buy anything from us but you keep flocking in like retarded sheep.

Scott Birdwell and Dane Gouge get rich from your misfortunes. And half the time are drunk as hell by noon.

I wish anyone the best of luck suing these kinky slimy dealers but it probably wont go anywhere.

Call the sales desk directly to get immediate answers 503.338.1234 that rings DIRECTLY to the owner, or call the general manager Scott Birdwell directly on his cell at 503.440.4407

GOOD LUCK!!
