My original ASUS G71 blew up after 1-2 issues with internals. GoofSquad/Best Try fixed it the first time but gave me a different one the second time. I recieved a G73. The G73 acted up within 90 days and was taken back to the GoofSquad. They replaced the hard drive. The problem continued and I sent it to ASUS. It happened 2-3 more times within the warranty period. Instead of them giving me a different computer or fixing whatever caused the repeatable problem ... It went up again, last week. They now want me to pay to replace the Hard drive (go figure). $161, plus shipping. If I don't want them to repair it .. I still have to pay shipping to get my computer back. . I will NEVER buy another ASUS.
