Hello I am a frequent flyer out of the ATL airport I have recently been scammed by a shuttle service by the name of Atlanta Airport Transportation here is the website (http://www.atlanta-airport-transportation.com ) I scheduled for a pick up at 6:15 am on the morning of September 15th 2010 I called the number listed 678-428-4573 to confirm my reservation that I booked online. Not only did I call I emailed as well and did not receive any response. After 7 am I decided to go speak with customer service and a police woman and the two of them tried to pull up the company's website and contact the owner as well and were not able to.
I paid for services that were not provided to me and when i called and tried to email a Mr. John Brady he was very disrespectful by threating my fianc's life insulting our intelligence. On September 16th I decided to call him because I saw that my account was charged by his company although they did not render any services to me. During the phone call,once again he was very irate and towards the end of the call he called me a stupid b*tch. I'm very upset because not only did he belittle me, his professional negligence caused me to miss an exam and $80. Please address Mr.Brady so this inconvenience and headache doesn't happen to anyone else.Thank you.

The passenger that filed this report was an Illiterate soul who couldn't read the web page to understand that you cant make a reservation after our business hours and expect for someone to pick you up at the airport until we receive the request.
Her boyfriend threated me if I didn't refund them their money. She was personally rude vulgar and also threatened me with bodily harm. I gave them my address and invited them to express the sheer hatred and crudeness in person but they failed to show up.
As a matter of whats right they received their money completely refunded. I hope I never have the pleasure of meeting such under-classed individuals again
This person is fortunate that I did not take a warrant out for her arrest to terrorist treats and sue her for slander for writing a false report and trying to tarnish my companies name.
