Atlantic Chemdry, Atlantic Cleaning Systems ripoff, dishonest, try to bully you into paying a 50% price increase West Palm Beach Florida
After being given a "GUARANTEED PRICE" of $105 for cleaning the carpets in 4 rooms, the cleaners arrived and demanded to be paid $160 to do the job. That equates to a 50% price increase.
The owner, Scott DeJong, told me "the one thing I can tell you about Atlantic ChemDry is that we never show up and change the price" We are the "only" Chemdry that charges per room and not by the square foot". "You are guaranteed to pay the price quoted"....this was stated by the owner only 24 hours before the appointment.
I had previously been given a quote from another ChemDry for the same 4 rooms for only $99, but they couldn't come for 3 days so I decided to pay $105 to get job done on a Saturday (faster and while my husband was home). I an 8 months pregnant, have a 2 year old with allergies and asthma who has been on a breathing machine for 2 days, and a 1 year old with a sinus infection. I had to move a lot of furniture and toys and vacuum 4 rooms to prepare for the appointment and was REALLY PISSED that they thought they could bully me into paying a 50% PRICE INCREASE once they had the equipment in my house.
BEWARE!!!!!! They also go by the name "Atlantic Cleaning Systems"

This customer that has filed this "scam" report is lying. We charge $40 per RM which is what we do with EVERY customer! 3 Rooms is $120 plus we have coupons which is how she came up with $105. When the technicians got to her home she added another Room which turned out to be 4 Rooms @ $40 per Room. We then gave her $25 off for a coupon price when she had NO coupons. Her total invoice price was $135 NOT $160. She NEVER called the office to explain her concerns. If she would have I promise you she would not have gone this far to report such a lie. We treat our customers with utmost respect. We have over half of our customers repeat cleaning with us the very next time they need cleaning. We have never had this problem before! We are a GREAT company with HIGH compasion & respect for our customer each & everyone. We would NEVER treat customers with disrespect for ANY reason! We are very sorry this customer is not satisfied & I wish she would have contacted us w/ her concerns so we could try to make it right. I just don't want people to drag a GREAT companies name in the dirt for a simple misunderstanding/communication failure.... whatever it may have been.. We are even members of the Better Business Bureau....
