Complaint Review: ATLAS SERVICE inc. - Boynton Beach Florida

People Of Earth Head My Warning!!!! This is yet another complaint added to all the existing Atlas Service inc. Ripoff Report complaints. The internet is running out of space due to all the compaints on all the websites from this company. Before doing business with them go to The Palm Beach county clerk of court enter Atlas Service and behold the unbelievable law suits they have against them and the law suits they put on their customers.

While there do a second search for Kimberly Grossman one of the owners of ths company and see how many times she has been sued personally. Then do the same at The Broward County Clerk Of Court. This company does not care if you sue them. They work the system until you drop out and lose by default and if you hang in there untill the end and you win they will walk right out of the court room door and proceed to the filing section and file a motion to appeal.

At this point you will probably give up and both Sreven Grossman and Kimberly Grossman will show up to court and you wont and you will lose by default. Read the case filings on both public websites mentioned above. If you have time read the open case's [yes plural case's] on both websites for Kimberly Grossman and see what you think. Its a real mind blower kind of like being on LSD. Can you really believe what your seeing?

Kimberly Grossman now goes by Kimberly Reardon she is one of the owners and she is a shrew she is pure evil. I personally believe she is Satan herself walking the earth. Satan is the one that handels all of the complaints. I have yet to see any review that mentions Steven Grossman as the main person that was delt with. Its always I spoke with Kimberly or Satan.

This company flagged two accounts for no service after complaing about the horrible service they give with no written or verbal notice. After one month of attempting to find out why this was done and always being told you need to speak with the owner Kimberly [Satan] who is conveniently never around I emailed a letter asking to cancel the two contracts to save what ever money was left.

 I emailed over and over but never got any response. Then finally 4 months later I got a check for about $215.00 for one account. So where was the other? Many calls were made and they always said we never got the email. So again I emailed over and over. Then during this time I got a letter from the bank saying they stopped payment on the check that was sent. The interesting thing is the check was not even from Atlas Service it was from a company called Blue Air Mechanical Services LLC.

I went to sunbiz.org to look this up and it belongs to Kimberly Grossman now Kimberly Reardon or Satan and it has her home address on it. I know this because when I was reading one of open law suit against her she advised the parties involved that she had a new address and they match to what it sais on sunbiz.org. And the check did not have the home address on it. The address on the check was 101 Commerce Rd. Boynton Beach Fl. The address where Atlas Service is located. Very shady.

THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACTS BY FLAGGING THEM FOR NO SERVICE WITH ABSOLUTLEY NO NOTICE AND I AM OUT $889.68.This is the full amount of the two contracts plus the stopped check fee which is what I deservr because THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT'S. Satan's rebutal will claim it is pro rated for months left on the contracts minus any service calls but Satan held up the refunds for 4 months on both contracts.

The only reason I found out about the flagging was because two weeks after the call to complain about the horrible service where it took three calls to get a clogged A.C. drain line done right I needed another service so when the call was placed they gave the news SORRY YOU'VE BEEN FLAGGED. In conclusion for now because Saten herself will answer back to this saying its all lies as she does on every complaint just go to the PUBLIC WEBSITES MENTIONED ABOVE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
