 My husband hired this company to install a new AC unit in June 2013. The men were unlicensed workers that were lazy and unprofessional. They were complaining about doing their jobs.

I called Kimberly Grossman, the owner to discuss the men's behaviors. She was very irate, unprofessional and made racist comments on the phone and used profanity. Out of nowhere she asked me where I was born. I told her I'm from Haiti and she then laughed. She then reffered to me and my husband as "coons" because we are of hatian decent. Then shockingly, she then began to rent I'm tired of you people asking for handouts. 

I have never been so disrespected by a company. I do not not recommend this company to anyone.

 MS. DOROTHY MORALES HAS DECEPTIVE PRACTICES WITH THE INTENTIONS TO STEAL AND COMMIT FRAUD.

THIS IS A FALSE COMPLAINT AND SHE THINKS THAT BY FILING THIS FALSE COMPLAINT SHE CAN GET AWAY WITH STEALING. MS. MORALES PURCHASED A NEW A/C SYSTEM FROM ATLAS SERVICES ON JUNE 28, 2013. SHE PLACED A $500.00 DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE WHEN THE EQUIPMENT WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. ATLAS SERVICES DELIVERED AND INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT AND THEN SHE CLAIMED THAT EVERYONE WAS DISRESPECTFUL TO HER AND THAT SHE REFUSES TO PAY THE BALANCE OF $3,565.00. AFTER SHE GOT THE EQUIPMENT SHE TRIED TO CON OUR TECHNICIAN INTO LEAVING AN $800 WATER HEATER THAT SHE ALSO NEVER INTENDED TO PAY FOR.  EVERYDAY SHE PROMISES TO BRING THE PAYMENT INTO THE OFFICE AND GUESS WHAT NO PAYMENT. NOW SHE BLAMES EVERYONE AS BEING RACIST, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. WHY? VERY SIMPLE, SHE DOES NOT INTEND TO PAY.

MS. MORALES DID NOT SPEAK TO KIMBERLY GROSSMAN BECAUSE SHE IS NO LONGER WITH ATLAS SERVICES, AND HAS NOT BEEN HERE FOR A WHILE, SO THAT IS ANOTHER LIE BY MS. MORALES. NO ONE CALLED HER A "COON", WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS. WE HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD THAT WORD PRIOR TO READING THIS FALSE COMPLAINT BY MS MORALES. THAT IS ANOTHER LIE.

ONE OF OUR LONG TIME KEY EMPLOYEES IS FROM HAITI AND MS. MORALES CALLED HIM RACIST AND HUNG THE PHONE UP ON HIM. THE A/C INSTALLER THAT MS. MORALES THREW OFF OF HER PROPERTY AFTER SHE GOT THE EQUIPMENT IS JAMICAN, SHE CALLED HIM RUDE, RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL.

MS. MORALES YOU SHOULD BE ASAHMED OF YOURSELF. ALL OF THESE FALSE STATEMENTS AND LIES SO THAT YOU CAN JUSTIF TO YOURSELF TRYING TO STEAL OUR EQUIPMENT AND NOT PAY FOR IT.

SHAME ON YOU.
