Complaint Review: ATS Conultants - Baltimore Maryland

This company is a sports handicapping pick provider that offers picks in every major American sport including football (pro and college), basketball (pro and college), baseball, hockey and horse racing.   If you do a Google search for "betting picks" or "best sports handicapper" they will likely pop up in the top 10 results.  Their website will offer $25 dollar pick specials and free picks, but when you buy one they have to speak to you to complete the order.  This is where they set the hook.  The rep will immediately try to upsell you on en entire season package claiming astronomical results and profits from their picks. The rep will even go as far as to offer money back gaurantees and rattle off recent results (all BS) to lure you in.

In a nutshell, ATS is a company preys on gamblers and risk takers by touting false results and win percentages to lure you into buying their sports picks. Around October 2014 I found myself in a funk, losing more than I was winning and overall dissappointed with my results.  I search for sports handicap services and ATS pops up on Google.  I see they have some cheap pick packages so I choose one (I believe it was $75 for a full weekend package of college and pro football picks).  I am immediately asked for my phone number to complete the sale and I am contacted by Marshall, who starts asking me about my levels of risk, the sports I'm interested in, etc. all to talk me into buying a full season package priced out around $1500 (would have been $2500 at the beginning of the season).  I decline but agree to a full week package to test their picks, and the results were pretty good (I believe 6-2 for the week).  Marshall again contacts me promising these results would continue and that I should buy the full season, promising me hundreds of units of profit. (In sports investing, picks are given with a suggested number of units to wager, and its up to the user to choose their unit size eg. 1 unit = $25) 

I buy the season package, and for the next 2 weeks or so the results are average at best, but my phone rings at least twice a week with offers for the basketball package and discounts for next season's football, blah blah..... After another good wekk I get talked into buying the basketball package and next season's football, and that's where it all crashes down.  The next 3 months of football and the entire basketball package were completely worthless, averaging less than a 40% win rate and costing thousands in losses, depending on one's unit size.  I called repeatedly to complain and I just kept being told to stick it out and wait...when I finally had enough and wanted a refund I was told no beacuse I got a "discounted price" on the package, what a scam.  I stopped using the picks after almost 12 weeks of losses, and didn't use any for this past football season, which would have cost me over $10000 in losses had I used them.  The best part is that the website was posting false numbers the whole time their picks were losing.  To top it off I was still getting texts and emails to try to get me to buy their basketball package again!  

 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!  IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!  I have every pick I've ever purchased from these clowns and will gladly share with anyone who asks to show how horrible the results really are!
