Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received my phone bill for June 2009 with two charges of $49.95 from ILD Teleservices Inc. I called 1-800-433-4518 the number on my statement regarding the charge. I spoke with Yufef on 6/1/09 @ 3:00PM. He told me a company called Small Business Tech Solutions was charging me, and ILD Teleservices Inc. does the billing for them. He gave me the phone number 1-800-773-9904 to contact them directly. I called the number and was told they have been charging me since Jan 2009, and that one of my employee's authorized this charge. The person I spoke with told me they have a recording of my employee giving his authorization. To this day I am still waiting to hear the recording.

The employee that supposedly gave his authorization clocked out at 4:52PM and I can prove it with his time sheet from the computer. I was told the recording was made at 5:44PM. This employee has been working with us since we open 6 years ago, and is very aware of the fact we have TECH SUPPORT. I can prove my employee has spoken with our tech support many many times over the years when we have issues with our computers. I can also prove we have had tech support since 2003, and that in January of 2008 we renewed our TECH SUPPORT for $1,100.00. So why would we need TECH SUPPORT from a company we have never heard of 19 days later. I have left several messages for Jessica in Quality Control from Small Business Tech Solutions to call me back so I can hear this recording

I was charged a total of $299.70 from Jan 2009 to June 2009. I did receive a credit on my phone bill of 149.85. This company still owes me $149.85, and I want it back. I feel this company should be investigated. This is nothing more then a RIP OFF. They should be charged with theft!!!

I don't appreciate that you had commented that I specifically had not called you back . That is immature and it should have been better stated . I am college student and I worked for the company , the economy is bad and there are no jobs right now . I am just trying to pay my bills just like everyone else and everyone who says there are other jobs they can hire me for $10-15 an hour . Anyway if you like the real person responsible for all this the (CEO/PRESIDENT) you may email me @ (((ROR redacted))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

Hi Susan, ILD recently posted an article on what you can do to protect yourself against cramming. Here's a summary, but you can read more on our blog at www.ildteleservicesblog.com. Like any bill, it's important to closely review your phone bill each and every month because whether it's your phone bill, credit card statement, electric or cable, sometimes charges end up on your bill that you should question. Your phone bill should be treated like any other purchase you make, so take a few minutes each month and closely review all of the charges, just like you do with your bank statement and credit card statements. Here's some great advice, courtesy of the FCC, on how to protect yourself and save money. Ask yourself the following questions as you review your telephone bill: 1) Do I recognize the names of all the companies listed on my bill? 2) What services were provided by the listed companies? 3) Does my bill include charges for calls I did not place and services I did not authorize? 4) Are the rates and line items consistent with the rates and line items that the company quoted to me? For more tips on how to protect yourself, visit our website www.ildteleservices.com and click through to our blog Best, Sandra
