Att wireless customer care helped me set up a plan with a free phone. But then the "new account migration dept" said they were too busy to add me to the system and to call back after Christmas.
In January, the phone was no longer free. It took me 2 weeks to get the problem fixed, and hours on the phone complaining to dozens of supervisors. Five days later, I get an advertisement in the mail for the same free phone I had to kick and scream to get after being promised it!!
