I also agree with your assessment and thank you naming specific names. The individual in questiion is a haughty character who boldly expresses his appointment by the Supreme Court. My guess is that if some of the judges knew of the lackluster behavior and narcisisstic demeanor of these parasites, they would reconsider many of these "appointments". It is a judicial La Cosa Nostra that is in charge of watching the attorneys--the quintessential Fox guarding the chicken coop.

My recommendation is to contact the Supreme Court directly at their clerk's office through a registered letter. The committee appointments are NOT without review. I can tell you for certain that investigstors such as the "Hummel Report" (an investigatory group that publishes stories regarding Rhode Island corruption) will not cover something like this.

Hummel sticks to stories regarding state workers taking long lucnches on state time and other related matters. He would not sink his teeth into true corruption like you describe. The only way to rout out the corruption is to complain en masse. These narsisisstic sociopaths will continue their shameful activites and express their utter distain for the public they are supposed to support, until they are exposed through mass publication and perhaps federal investigation. let us begin. 

I am not fmailiar with your particular case, although I do feel empathy toward you and your situation. I paid particular attention to your complaint and unsatisfactory response from the Rhode Isand Disciplinary Committee. They are supposed to represent and listen to the public's concerns regarding corrupt actions of attorneys (whether they be law firms or individuals). However, many have experienced their outright arrogance and narcsissism and outright contempt for the general public that looks to them for help and support. Many in that outfit act as a glorified protection racket for certain firms and lawyers and have no sense of empathy toward the public. Perhaps the lack of empathy is due to the fact that no one investigates the investigators. The utter contempt that this commiottee shows toward the general public is appalling and they themselves should be ashamed of their demeanor. I suspect that there may be some upstanding characters in the committee itself, but their voices are drowned out by the narcissistic banter of those (appointed by the Supreme Court no less) who beat their collective chests and collect their paychecks with the confidence that virtual disciplinary immunity brings them. Again, I am sorry for your experience and apologize for the snakes that treated yu that way. 

Without further Adiu, there are a Million, or more people who would say GREAT things about JD Lynch Sr and there are a MILLION or more GREAT things to say about him as well!  On the other hand, Serena, the girl who has had NO JOB since forever, was hired to be a Disney character in costume. I met Serena on the day of the Bday party for my daughter.Serena and I hit it off well and had CHILDREN in common so without much effort we became friends.  Serena asked me to watch her 2 children after only knowing me for a day or two.  What I learned about Serena was that SHE HAD ISSUES... Yes Serena went without seeing her children....Because YOU WERE UNPREDICTABLE!  Yes Serena no longer had a house.....Because YOU MOVED into your storage unit. This place was litterally a 10x10 room that had a bed with CLOTHES ALL OVER it! The shower was inside a Utility Tub & of course A big TV for her kids TO STARE AT! I know that having grandparents in the middle of a domestic dispute is a REAL b***h because I WAS THERE too! I had come to know Serena and thought how desperately she needed to be pulled out of the tourment she was breeding. I offered to help Serena any way I could. I had suggested a few competent lawyers and MY TRUMP CARD..... SERENA BLEW IT! Serena,if crying out for Mercy is your attempt, you are in the wrong forum.  If you want out of the judicial system, I would REMOVE THIS article trying to defimate Johns' GOOD NAME! Hang your head in shame and think about the right way to play THE GAME

In Closing.... I have been hiring JOHN D LYNCH Sr for about 15 years now and I would choose NO OTHER

I called John Lynch to hire him to do my dad's estate.  He then sent me to Chris Friel.  Chris convinced me to hire him for $5,000.00.  And he would take care of my father's entire estate.  Well he let years pass on without doing anything for me as promised.  He was going to take depositions, get financial reports on the rents collected etc.  He would get dates and make me think he was doing something.  Then would cancel.  As the years passed My dad's estate became inhabitable because my sister neglected the estate.  Everything he promised he was going to do he denied to me.  At the very end when there was no money left in the estate, he then files a motion to go to Superior Court.  He too does the back door deal.  He then takes me in to see the judge and she tells me what her decision would be and I had to accept it.  I was to lose my half of the $125,00.00 rent collected by my sister because she spent it.  My $70,000.00 check that my dad gave me got spent by her to.  So now we get to split about what was originally worth 300,000.00 now worth 110,00.00 because of attorney neglect , I walk away with 47,000.00.  I should have walked away with 226,000.00. And then Chris got mad and files a motion to withdraw because I let him know I was not happy with the way this went down.  Not as promised to me.....

Of course after speaking to the RI Disciplinary Board.  David Curtin totally convinces me to file a claim against him.  I told him the entire story. I spoke to David twice. " File the claim he said."  After getting a volunteer that worked as a writer, she came to my house and spent many hours putting the claim in order piece by piece. It was very clear.  Everyone said not to waste our time because the Board would never go against another lawyer.  Now I see how true this is.  Chris lied to them in ONE sentence, and the board dismissed my complaint.


Yes RI is still the worst state in this country.  No justice here.  All behind closed doors....Just beware.

The court system is twisted and the Disciplinary Board is just as bad.  The only reason they tell you to "file a report". is to keep the jobs going at the Board.  If no one files then they do not have a job.  Better off not filing so they can go get a real job and not hurt the public...

I have been going through an awful 14 months through family court my story is very similar I was with my husband since I was 14 23 yrs later after 19 yrs marriage being mostly stay at home mother I'm now trying to modify the judge decision which I truly believe my ex and his lawyer and maybe my newly ex lawyer destroyeded my children and my life! My ex but let me clarify we still aren't legally divorced cuz I'm not letting him continue to hurt my children to get back at me
