Attorneys Ostrowitz & Ostrowitz in collusion with BCB Bank have perjured themselves in order to swindle me and many others out of their homes. Manalapan New Jersey
Attorneys Ostrowitz & Ostrowitz along with Attorney Rita Mungioli have submitted bogus and falsified paperwork to cover up their illegal forclosure of my home and the theft of tens of thousands of dollars from my bank account. Ostrowitz & Ostrowitz along with Rita Mungioli of BCB Bank have perjured themselves to cover up their trail of theft by submitting fraudulent documents to the Honorable Judge Philip J. Maenza. They have imposed their ill will by lying to Honorable Judge Philip J. Maenza about directives the Honorable Judge gave to me on paper from his chambers in which I have the copies of. I have sent numerous E-Mails, faxes and Certified Mail of which all I have proof of. They have manipulated Honorable Judge Philip J. Maenza by pushing him to put in writing that I can get no more stays (time) to stay in my home to cover their tracks.
BCB Bank ordered a fraudulent appraisal of my home which used the same address as my home except that the stated (EXTERIOR DRIVEBY APPRAISAL) was of a completely different home!!! They purposely devalued my home by approx. $150,000.00 in order to steal the excess equity! In attorney Rita Mungioli's own words she stated " there is no equity in said collateral for the benefit of the other creditors of the estate, and pursuant to 11 U.S.C Section 362 (d) (1), the Movant is not adequately protected with respect to its position in the subject collateral."
At the direction of the Good and Honorable Judge Phillip J. Maenza, I sent Certified proof of my claims to attorneys Ostrowitz & Ostrowitz of BCB Bank. No matter what illegal and intimidating tactics BCB Bank uses against me the truth will prevail!
