Paid for an item after asking seller if it could be expedited. 2 weeks later no ciommunication.

E-mailed twice and no response. Finally received a response AFTER I filed a Paypal chargeback trying to send me a refurbished product instead of NEW as I had bought.

This sale was done on Ebay, then they went ahead and stated that I had not paid them. I had all the proof so they will probably get a warning or temporarily suspended for filing a false report. They would not refund me and Paypal claims take too long, so I contacted my credit card company and received a refund right away. BEWARE, NEVER PAY USING BANK ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL, EVEN IF YOU ARE RIGHT, PAYPAL WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR 30 DAYS. paypal tries to sweeten the deal stating that it is secure and you get more security, don't fall for it.

Recorder/Player from "Audiosavings" that didn't work right out of box. Called/e-mail with no response. I paid "SquareTrade" to try and settle. They took my money and e-mail me a few days later Stating "Case is Close"! And worst of all you can not contact them by mail or phone after that.

SEEMS LIKE THEY NEVER RESPOND UNLESS THEY HAVE TO!

This report is completely bogus and should be removed! We searched for this transaction to find out that this is a complet lie. The person who made this report tried to fraud our company. They clicked buy it now on an ebau auction, payed through paypal, and then we packaged the item to ship it out. When we were about to ship the item, paypal sent us an e-mail notifying us that the funds were on hold because the funds were not authorized. I believe this guy is mad that he was not able to rip us off and get a free navigation, so he came to this site to write bad things about a good company. We are even trying to get in contact with this person, but he is ignoring all of our calls. Also, what he said about paypal is not true. Paypal is a very safe way to pay for online purchases and auctions.
