This report is completely bogus and should be removed! We searched for this transaction to find out that this is a complet lie. The person who made this report tried to fraud our company. They clicked buy it now on an ebau auction, payed through paypal, and then we packaged the item to ship it out. When we were about to ship the item, paypal sent us an e-mail notifying us that the funds were on hold because the funds were not authorized. I believe this guy is mad that he was not able to rip us off and get a free navigation, so he came to this site to write bad things about a good company. We are even trying to get in contact with this person, but he is ignoring all of our calls. Also, what he said about paypal is not true. Paypal is a very safe way to pay for online purchases and auctions.
