The person who posted this ripoff report has been banned from selling on Ebay so they have created several selling accounts to fool ebay. I have a perfect Ebay buying and selling record, I purchased MAC minerlized 4 pack eyeshadow makeup from this ebay seller with a value of 52.00 I paid on the day that I ordered .When my package arrived it contained one lipstick clearly not the item I ordered. I opened a case through ebay ( I followed Ebay's complaint process) to fix the problem and the seller flipped out and wrote very nasty emails about me all over the internet all of which are lies and bogus.I purchased the same product from another seller which is also outlined in this case. Ebay sided with me on the open complaint case because it reviewed the case and the details. I appreciate all the CS people that take their jobs seriously and protect consumers from sellers like. It sickens me that this seller has now gone online to spew lies. I see the seller refused to leave her real name or her mailing address-which I have but I will be a professional and not post it here- I am appauled at the depths people will go.
