Audrey Lane Craigslist scam 2003 Honda Accord Ex Whitehall Pennsylvania
Just a fair warning there is a scam on craigslist regarding a 2003 Honda Accord Ex. The person has it listed for $1978.00. I might add it was not listed under cars for sale either. We found it in Resturant supplies. When contacted they give you story of being a medic going back to Afghanastan. Car belonged to husband that died in car accident and just needs to get rid of it for painful memories sake. Then you get an invoice from "Amazon payments" requesting you to do a wiretransfer through Moneygram. Luckly for us we researched before sending the money out. If you will google Amazon transaction number 96522125877, which was the number given to us, it has been used by the same person with another customer. That person did send the money and I hate it for them. Beware of too good to be true aids.

It is nice of you to do so. Also, you could report this kind of scam using craigslist suggestion [http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams], it would be helpful to keep them in their record and investigation.

We have already placed a flag on craigslist. Trying to warn as many people as possible. Seems that when they are caught with one name they change the name of seller and continue to scam others.

I believe that Craig List has a functionality call flag. Could you flag the scam post so that Craig List will be notified? It would also help in preventing future scams as well.
