I OPEN A LOAN MODIFICATION IN 2008 I still in hold after i explain to them i have someone help me financial they want to know who was the person i explain to them was my domestic partner now they send me a letter to explain who's the person i send a letter is my partner. Now they really send me a letter is was denied my loan Modification after my accounting was review my documents. I really call them but they transfer and i get desconected i do have a record from my cell bill. I signed a letter to my sister to deal with Aurora Loan I feel discrimination from Aurora Loan i send a letter how i feel they are stress me out ,this company has the poor customer service i have ever seen. Today Aurora Loan S. send me a letter they want to dicuss with me other foreclosure alternative options they really don't want me to bring my account current or reduce my APR and i was in 3 times TRial Period plan conditions where is the President OBAMA PROGRAM AFTER THIS LOAN WAS RIP OFF AFTER THEY SOLD MY SOCIAL SECURITY AND THE INVESTOR STILL MAKE ALL THE MONEY THEY WANT....
