Aurora Loan Services Defrauded by Aurora Loan Servicing , Internet
I make my monthly mortgage payment to Aurora Loan Services via online banking from my bank. I time my payment to arrive during the grace period because of my payroll schedule. The payment is delinquent if posted after the 16th of the month. I am very upset to discover that Aurora Loan Services did not pull and post my electronic payment until the 17th of the month so that they could defraud me out of a "late payment fee". The payment was transmitted electronically to them from my bank 4 days prior to them posting, at the same time the funds were pulled from my account and not available to me. I contacted them and provided them with the banking electronic transmission information and they still refused to remove the late charge. I feel that I have been defrauded by them and would like to pursue restitution, anyone else ? We can't let them get away this , just think of all the money they are making in late fee's by posting the payment late.
