I received the same lack of respect, courtesy, and professionalism from employees of Authorized Movers that Cinci did. I also received the arrogance, ignorance and incompetence that was second to none!

I contracted with said company for a long distance move from California to Georgia to take place all within 7 to 10 days. It had been explained that this was the only window of opportunity for me to to retrieve my belongings from this household due to the fact it was part of a divorce action which was court ordered. A sheriff would be on hand to oversee the move, as well as several other witness. P/u was scheduled for the morning of June 28, with delivery to take place within 10 days, there after.

The procedure in which these two "so called" moving professionals were packing my belongings was quite shocking to all who observed, not to mention comical. They were literally scooping up whatever would fill a box. Everything was mixed together. clothing, shoes, games, lamps, tools, books, pictures, etc: Literally anything and everything!! It was unbelievable!!!

Even my fine china, stem wear, dishes, glass wear: All packed with no packing materials or correct boxes. The 2 movers admittedly neglected to put any of those materials on the truck that morning. They had no regard for my property, what-so-ever!! They knew my belongings wouldn't reach their destination intact. They just didn't care.

Oh, and the Enterprise truck that they brought, it had a broken lift on the back. If you could have only seen (as I like to refer to them as) Laurel & Hardy trying to man-handle my Lg pieces of furniture up onto the back of this truck that was 41/2 to 5 ft high, especially when they were only a little over 51/2 ft themselves.

It was embarrassing to think I had hired a company with employee with the level of incompetence as these.

At one point I was laughingly asked if I was actually paying for this. Of course if the situation was different, I would have sent them away, but I had no choice, and they knew it.

Over the course of many moves during my career with the CG, I did learn "cover my Butt" when it came to moving companies with photos! Gotta love technology these days. They make things so small you can barely see them.

This was only the pick-up, folks. There's lots more to my story but to make a long story short, 10 days came and went. 20 days came and went. Now 30 days came and went and tomorrow is the 1st of Aug and I still have no idea if I'm ever going to receive my personal property. I actually feel very violated by these people. No one will return my calls or e-mails. Go figure, huh.
