AUTHORIZE.NET Authorize.net MISLEADING ripoff - American Fork, Utah
1. applied for account not knowing I would be charged instantly
2. asked to put the account on hold and get a credit. was told by account rep (whose email address is @cybersource.com) that I could only cancel and get a refund. Cancelled account.
3. Am still receiving bills two months later. Refund has yet to show up. It turns out that even though the rep's email ends with @cybersource.com as does his email signature, he actually worked for AUTHORIZE.NET and had no role with cybersource. wtf?????
4. Called cybersource and encountered the *RUDEST* customer service person on the planet. SHOCKINGLY AWFUL.
All in all, I wasted two hours on the phone back and forth trying to resolve my issue to no avail. They still have my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You won't know who you're getting involved with and they will screw you!
