Auto Credit ripoff Mountain Home Arkansas
4/12/05 I traded my car for a truck.The truck started to have some probloms, but I got them fixed.
Then I needed to go get the truck title and Auto Credit told me that I coundn't get it. Auto cedit counld'nt fine the title of the truck so they said. I wound ask Auto Credit three times a week for the title and still they didnt have it. Then I just told Auto Credit that I will go to the DMV and ask them. They said that the DMV wont resigerd the truck with out the title.
Well I got my truck resigerd and the DMV told me that Auto Credit does that to everyone. The agreemeat is I have to have the truck resigerd or they can come and take it back. Then I wound be left with out a truck or car.
Also I have in writting to make my payments on the 5th and the 21st of each month. And 6/21/05 they are saying That I should of made a payment on the 2nd and the 16th of this month. Now they our charging me late fees, that is not right. That will go agaist me for other things.
Im not the only one Auto Creadit has done this to.
To let everyone this is so I fair. Im sick of people and companys waking all over the little guy, What choose do we have? who's going to stand up for us and say "We won't take this no more!"

This post was made in 2005. Said customer purchased a vehicle from our dealership and disreguarded the payment agreement by not making said payments ( 2 to be exact). She was unable to pick up the title because she did not complete the origional down payment. Said vehicle was then repossessed.
