I have worked for Auto Expo & Great Neck Suzuki for 2 yrs. I was recently fired for not being respectful towards a customer. I am fine with that, it is my fault actually. However, In no way whatsoever would I ever consider Ronny a liar.. Mainly the customers side of the story should be investigated more than just a blog. the customer is not the person making the claim, it is a family member that took it upon himself to complain because his brother "George" who actualy bought the vehicle did not tell his family the actual cost price. The whole situation involved a happhy buyer and extremely irate and unhappy Father & Older brother. HOW I KNOW THIS??? The customer GEORGE DILIETTO is actually a friend of mine, and was referred to this dealership by me personally. So i know what's actually going on. Unfair to the dealership because they really treat people fairly and if some kind of sale agreement cannot be made between customer and dealership then they just let the customer walk away. No lying, no cheating, but the occasional vehicle repair which customers can go directly to our service department for and everything is always taken care of. SAD to see my friends reputation be abolished by his parents, but sometimes the truth must be heard !!!

I am a little bit tired of reading this blog I've been reading between our company and the complaintant. Rip-Off readers have to understand that this website is just a blog. I have had customers ask for reasons as to why this customer is so irate. I have no real explanation of more than what was rebuttaled on this original post. The customer was refunded a total settlement of $12,000 and some change. I think that is more than enough money for us to settle. As far as the lemon vehicle goes, Come on people that was complete nonsense. This customer does not live to far from one of our employees, and he is happily driving his vehicle. I would love to comment more on this blog, but i would never hold an 18 yr old customer responsible for the reputation of our company. We have been in business for over 15 years and have a wonderful reputation and a great taste for consumer knowledge. Ask around, you will find happy customers and a ton of repeat customers anytime of the week. We strive for success and try to meet all needs. This customer "Mr. George Dilieto" has duplicated the post. So its just an updated version with new words. Rip-Off report should be a little bit more careful with what they allow. There rule is "WE DO NOT CHECK RESOURCES" - Too bad - John Mezzo Auto Expo Enterprise Inc.
