Let me first state that both statement here are not specific and I am not able to match simply the name JAY with any order#, but I can assure you this does not match with any company policy. More detail will be needed in order to respond to either statement. As for the Tax Fraud aligation? Where does this come from? The Only tax that a customers order would ever be involved in would be State sales Tax which is not paid to the IRS. This is clearly a Compeditor Slamming AutoPartsGIANT.com and should be treated as such!

after continued attempts at resolution Auto Parts Giant - Auto Parts Store will not give me a refund. I contacted my credit card company, the local B.B.B and the part manufacturer for support in this issue. thery were given different untru information that contradicted the documents I have on this issue. Many excuses were given including you did not send back the parts, "you did not ask for a refund, the check was sent, we thought this was closed"... I have not submitted a suspected fraud report to the I.R.S. I feel this business does not use integrety in its dealings with its customers there is a high probibality there is tax fraud too. I may not get the refund, but I'm getting my moneys worth in creating aggrevation for this company.....:)
