A Representative from the Auto Processing Center, Santa Ana, CA 92705 called me on 03/27/2013 to offer an extended warranty on my 2005 Mustang .I should have known being it was 9 years old this didnt sound right.. He was telling me how it was a great coverage to have and wouldnt let me off the phone , he keep saying I need to make a decisions right now that the price would go away today. He also told me I have a 30 day money back guarantee and  said all I had to do to cancel was call their office at 1-800-356-8170 and I would receive a full refund and not be charged further.

This was on March 27.2013 Well only 8 days later and 300.00 later with was a down payment. What a joke I got hung up on then twice then when I got a person named matt I was told I needed to call Ominisure group lLC to cancel the contract . I called them they tell me no you have too call the vendor so I did and got hung up on once again . Then I got Matt again then he tells me to call the American auto shield so I get this guy who wouldnt give me his name by this time Im pissed. He tells me I have to Send a certified letter with I did on Friday and they received it hes telling me they didnt .he also said it takes 8 weeks to get a refund Really ?? It took 15 mins to get my money this guy at American Auto Shield was yelling at me saying things like ,well thats the way it , Did I read my Booklet , You will wait to get your money like the book  saids. He was yelling so loud at me I called him a jerk and hung up . they treat people like this they are total rip offs just like the other people said before my experience . I just didnt read up on them first Ive also reported them to do not disturb for calling me for months . I Purchased it to look it over cause I was under impression I could call before they even took my money and cancel it. What a lie

American Auto Shield, LLC, 5695 Yukon St, Arvada, CO 80002 is listed in the service contract as the administrator of the contract, Omnisure Group, LLC is listed in the vehicle service contract as the administrator of the "payment plan agreement." There are a number of rip off reports on this company.

Dont buy no warranty from this place they fit well under Rip off cause thats what they are. They no how to take your money thats how they get rich by stealing form people like me with No intent on giving your money back. Thank god my credit card is going to Dispute the charge.

just a up date on my certified letter  i was told to send to Auto processing its being returned because the person i spoke to most have gave me the wrong adress same as the woman i spoke to on monday she gave me a bogus phone number it was disconnected . I will leave up dates as to whats happens next .
