I bought and paid up front for an extended warranty from Auto Proessing Center. Everything they told me it covered, I found was not true when I received my policy and contract eight days later. On the ninth day I called for a refund of which they told me on the first phone call that I could get a refund if I did not like this policy/contract. They told me that they would send me a form to fill out and return of which I never received. I contacted them again and they told me to send a letter to them asking for refund and the reason. I did that and it has been several weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I have called them daily and they give me a run around and end up hanging up on me. They must now have my phone noted and do not answer my calls anymore. This company or center has over a million reports against them and they are still in business?????
