I received a call from the Auto Processing Center on January 7, 2013.  They offered me an etended warranty for my car that they said would cover everything.  They charged me $195 with a 30 day trial that I could cancel before 30 days and receive a full refund.

When I received my policy in the mail, I read through and discovered it did not cover any electrical malfunctions as well as several other items that are the usual things to break in a car.  I immediatly called them to verify and find out why these items I specifically asked about were not included in the policy.  The person I spoke with was no help at all and e-mailed me another version of the warranty tht still was not acceptable to me.

I sent in my cancellation notice on January 27, 2013 and the company acknologed receiving it on February 1, 2013.  They tld me the refund would take 2-6 weeks to process.  I waited for over 2 months and began calling them in April.  I was told that the refund department was backed up and to be patient.  I called the refund line at least 10 times and it only goes straight to voicemail and you never get a call returned.

I began calling them once a week and speaking to a representative in policy claims because it was the only way to get an actual person on the line.  I was told over and over again that they were forwarding my file to upper management and they should contact me soon.  This went on through ther month of June, 2013.

In July I was given an excuse that they would call me first before issuing the refund.  I gave them my home and mobile numbers to reach me by and still received no calls.  I have since called them several times a week about receiving my refund and each time there is only one response, they are flagging it as a problem and someone in the upper management or refund deppartment will call me back.

It has now been almost seven months and I still call several days a week and get no return calls and as of today no refund.  How can these people claim to be members of the Better Business Bureau when they are clearly nothing but a scam.
