Auto Specialists of Florida Sold a Machine that is defective!! Hollywood Florida
My husband purchased a 2007 CAT Skid Steer that was delivered by Auto Transport on 7/7/16. The item was advertised by this company and on eBay as being in perfect working condition with no mechanical issues. What we received was the exact opposite of that. The machine has some major hydraulic issues that cause it to bog down and kill the engine when trying to raise or lower the bucket. The joysticks that control the drive and bucket are so messed up, you can only get the machine to move a couple of feet at a time and that is by just randonly wiggling both of them at the same time. You should not have to wiggle the bucket joystick to get the machine to move. I am absolutely positive that this company was very aware of the mechanical issues with this machine, because they loaded it onto a transport flat bed and it must have taken hours with the amount of distance you can move the machine at one time.
When my husband talked to the owner, Neil, this morning to tell him that the machine was seriously messed up, he basically was told F*&% You and was hung up on.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! We are now stuck with a machine that is going to need thousands of dollars to repair and Auto Specialists of Florida could care less that they sold us a piece of crap.
