Auto Transport 123 Misrepresented Services 2755 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, Florida
I purchased an ATV on the east coast and needed it shipped to the midwest. After scouting numerous companies I chose AutoTransport 123. They were far from the cheapest, but the sales person, Ross, told me his father started the business. Bla, Bla, Bla. He said they could accomodate any pick up time and delivery time. I called the dispatch center on the expected pick up date and a female told me that there was a 4 day pick up window and it would not start for another 2 days. I told her I had no clue what she was talking about and I wanted to talk to Ross.
She said she would move the 4 day window to start that day and Ross would call by the end of the day. He never did. I called dispatch the next morning and Ross was not available. The man I spoke to said the pick up date was my choice and it was such and such. I told him he was worng and explained. He was rude and said he would work on finding a driver. According to Ross, they have a massive network of drivers and I could set the pick up date and time. I finally told this man to just cancel the order and he slammed the phone down. Good sales pitch, but completely missleading. Terrible customer service. Basically these guys are full of Sh*t.
