Auto West Motors Of Hayward ripoff, not paid finance company for trade in done in march 2004 Hayward California
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee in October 2003 and traded this jeep in good faith that this jeep was going to get paid off by Auto West two months after the manager kept telling me that the problem was resolved all comunications ended and I found out the previous owner filled for bankruptcy and the vehicle was recently sold to someone at an auto auction in cash.
Which leaves me responsible to pay off the car loan to the finance company (finance and thrift). This jeep is under investigation by dmv and I am still awaiting a reply to my credit. I would like this jeep claim out of my name and my credit restored to what it used to be before this trade in occured. If anyone has any dealing with them please contact dmv investigation in your area.
