I went to return a auto part that I purchase on 11 Aug 2010, the employee told me that they will issue me a check that same day and if I wanted to wait there or go first and they will call me back that same day to pickup my refund check. Never heard from them that day. I went back the next day and ask the same employee about my check and she told "Walter" the part's department manager about my refund check; he just look at me, and didn't say any word to me or explain to me about my refund check. He just shouted at the employee that I will received my refund by mail.
He look just completely ignore that Im even standing there right in-front of his face, just 5 feet away from him. I lost both of my hearing during the Iraq war defending the constitution of our country and to come back here to face more prejudices because I'm not a Caucasian? And now I still don't even know if I'm going to receive my refund check. I will have to contact legal department tomorrow and see if they can do something about my refund check.
I will make sure the entire military community in Fort Hood, TX knows about the ignorance and the unprofessional business practices of Automax Hyundai in Killeen, TX .
