AutoVantage bills my grandmother systematically each year for a roadside assistance program "AutoVantage Enhanced®." The fee is up to $159.99/year now. We've called and "canceled" in 2012 and 2014. It's an easy process, but seems to do nothing. Autovantage somehow manages to bill again. At least they send a letter each year informing us they intend to bill $xxx.xx on xx/xx/xxxx date.
I'm not sure how they got the new credit card numbers either. Not a clue how they sold her this service in the firstplace.

Each credit card company has a procedure to dispute a charge. The procedure is on the back of the invoice as well as listed on the website. Work at it from that end. File a dispute with the credit card company. Get started on this today!
