This is Juli Mariani. Mike Gordon's "bitter ex-wife". 

I left him after 5 1/2 months. He would not sign the divorce papers. I contacted his attorney and the Sonoma County Courthouse five years later, requesting my divorce be granted.

The Sonoma County Courthouse granted my divorce in 2013. 

Roberta DePrete is a respected real estate agent. 

The only bitter people are the ones that posted this.

Mike Gordon...why don't you just return her money, pay her restitution for the utility accounts you opened without her knowledge on the house you scammed her out of (and she was paying for months after she didn't live there), return all of her possessions left in the house (you broke into the house and changed the locks in violation of the agreement between your attorneys or did you forget testifying under oath about that? What about when you admitted that you and Fred Kusin broke in repeatedly?), return the down payment she put on her Mercedes Benz that you took, explain why there are photo's of what appear to be her jewelry being worn by Nancy Bandettini on your Facebook account and just leave her alone? Sounds like a fair solution to me. Oh, and one last thing...Paul Financial went belly-up over a year ago...right around when she and 200 other employees were laid off. It is against the law for employers in California to give out information on past or present staff. The Human Resource Department at Paul Financial was also well aware of what you were doing and at no time would any employer provide information on an employee involved in a domestic violence situation. Paul Financial would be putting themselves in serious legal hot water by divulging any information to the abuser of a DV victim. Hey, why don't you tell us who you spoke to? I am sure you broke ex-wife could use the money from the lawsuit she would win.

Your posting in no way rebuts the report. Instead, you provide slanderous allegations against two people without providing any proof of what you are saying. It is obvious that the people making these comments are the people named in the report. Why not provide proof that you didn't commit fraud by taking your ex-wife's money and conning her into signing a document giving up her rights to the house? The divorce wasn't bitter, Mike Gordon is. She didn't want to be married to you and wanted her money back. How does that make a person emotionally and mentally unstable? Sounds pretty logical to me. I would want the money I loaned someone back. Especially, if they lied to me to get access to my money. And since when did real estate agents make medical diagnosis? Oh, and you know that your remarks about drugs are also lies. She took a hair follicle test which was given to you and your attorney over 5 times trying to get you to stop lying. Posting false information on the internet is illegal. I'd watch it if I were you. Why not explain why the police found e-mails between your ex-wife and her attorney, family and friends in the Mercedes she paid for but you were driving (in violation of the ATROS)? Or why there were e-mails from the same e-mail account owned by your ex-wife found by one of the children of Fred Kusin? Can you tell us how they get into Fred Kusin's house while you were living there. Remember it is a felony to hack someone's e-mail account. Can you explain why you testified under oath that you never went on the trip you are believed to have booked under your ex-wife's name but posted photo's of the exact same trip on Facebook? Big no-no to commit perjury. Sounds like Mike Gordon is the angry, disturbed person or this Nancy person has issues with someone she doesn't even know. Jealousy? Sounds like it. Oh, and while you are at it...how come Mike Gordon hasn't abided by the courts terms? He is still married to his "ex". It should also be noted that "someone" is posting comments hoping Mike Gordon's ex will "drop dead b!cth". Be careful what you write as law enforcement views this as a threat to her life. Stick to the facts, you took her money and she's telling the world what you did. The only bitter, angry, sad, etc person here is Mike Gordon and his friends that are being named for assisting him.

Roberta DiPrete lives in Novato and has worked for numberous real estate organizations in the past. All one has to do is pick up the phone and talk to any real estate agent in Novato to find out about her. Roberta DiPrete suffers from mental issues and is a very dangerous and angry woman. All things said about Mike from Roberta DiPrete are false.

This report is totally false is is filed by Mike's ex-wife Juli Mariani. Juli is a drug user and had deep emotional and mental issues. She went through a very bad divorce with Mike and during the divorce hearings she lost all her battles and totally lost the war. Juli Mariani has filed rip-off-reports and other on-line reports against many of Mike co-workers and friends. Juli is a very hurt and angry person. You can also contact her past employer, Paul Financial of Marin, for whom has a court case against her, to get a taste of her employment record. Juli has had many short term jobs over the past 5 years, most lasting 2 to 3 months. She consistanly gets fired for drug abuse and/or mis-conduct. Be sure to get a forensic employment report done before hiring her. This year Juli Mariani had a police arrest warrant issued to her by the Petaluma Police department for filing a false crime report against Mike. She is currently enrolled in "Project Interecept" by the police department. This can be verified by the Sonoma County court records.
