AVANTE USA 7+yr old debt past state statue of collection limitation and entering as new / current debt on credit report Houston Texas
PARAGON EMERGENCY SERVICESIN 2011 - Ambulance was ordered without authorization.
They billed $1,052 - Was protested and disputed years ago. Credit reporting was unable to verify and was removed after 7yrs.
AVANTE USA submitted the old debt as "open" Current May 9, 2018...
Have reported to BBB and CFPB as a fraud. Disputed charge!

As a direct result of your report, the BBB has dispatched their mobile swat team to forcibly enter this business, take custody of the books and put into custody the employees and management. They have also sent their emergency justice trailer complete with sitting judge and jury to immediately conduct a trial as a direct result of your charges. It is very likely, the defendants, who are now housed in the BBB jail without bond, will be convicted and immediately fined and jailed as a result. The BBB conviction scoresheet will most likely total between 55 and 62 points which, according to BBB STATUTE, results in a minimum mandatory ten year sentence with no chance for parole. The BBB District Court will probably incarcerate the guilty in their modern facility in Northern Minnesota, again without any chance for parole. Your report here has done the trick. You should be very proud of what you've done which will finally result in BBB justice for those who so blatantly violated BBB laws.
