On 1/11/2018 I ordered a $60.00 bouquet of flowerrs for my duaghter's birthday to be delivered on 1/13/2018 in Seattle, WA. AVAS FLORIST advertise on their website same day order and delivery in the Seattle, WA area.
On 1/13/2018 I received an email confirming the delivery of the flowers on 1/13/2018 at 2:28 pm; however, my daughter reported they were never delivered and their security video cameras did not show a delivery of the flowers.
On 1/15/2018, I called AVAS FLORISTS and they indicated it would take 24 hours to investigate the matter until they could give me a credit or deliver another bouquet. They did not give me credit nor deliver the flowers.
